The restaurant, which is also open to external guests, follows the family philosophy that is at the basis of Il Sorriso degli Ulivi. The Salento recipes of our grandmothers take shape through genuine aromas and flavours that delight the mouths of our guests’ mouths. The availability of fresh local products, especially home-grown vegetables, enhances the quality of the dishes we serve.
Thanks to a cuisine based on the simplicity of the recipes and the choice of top–quality ingredients (dairy products, fish and meat), Il Sorriso degli Ulivi offers you a different itinerary through the pleasures of tradition every evening, with menus prepared according to the seasons.
All this is accompanied by a wine list of carefully and meticulously selected wines from local producers. The restaurant has two large indoor dining rooms and a beautiful outdoor area surrounded by the Salento countryside.

The most authentic Puglia in every dish
The wisdom of our grandmothers inspires the menu offered by Agrichic: you will find the classics of our Salento land, prepared with local ingredients, fresh and stuffed pasta, fresh fish dishes and exclusive meat and vegetable dishes from the garden, with unmistakable and genuinely aromas of Puglia. We select only organic, “zero kilometre” ingredients of our production turning to local farmers, Gallipoli fishermen and neighbouring farms.
The attention we pay to families is also reflected in the menu, with dishes specially thought out for the whole family: your children will appreciate our dishes designed according to their simple tastes.
